You can’t board it up, there has to be good circulation for the cage. Just put the cage in a place where they get privacy. Good circulation is imperative for the health of the parents, not to mention the chicks. If you don’t have good circulation, bacteria grow much quicker. Plus the birds MUST have some natural light for good feather health.. No, boarding up the sides..even half way is NOT a good idea…….
