What would be better for a 12′ inflatable boat, 6hp gas motor or 55 pound thrust electric trolling motor?

The 55 lb trust trolling motor should be good. With the 6hp motor and gas tank adds more weight to the boat. would feel safer with the trolling motor and you can run more quite.
