Will WalMart give me my money back/exchange?
Okay, I bought a inflatable boat and I opened the box, pumped up the boat then looked inside for the oars and there were none. I have the original receipt, I purchased it today and box is opened, packaging is intact but opened and it hasn’t been used except for I pumped it up to test it. The only thing missing from the box is the oars(which is why I want a refund or exchange). If I cant get a cash refund I wanted to exchange it for a giftcard or a more expensive product, I could pay for the difference because Im fed up with that brand.
Walmart should be able to help you with a refund or credit!
