In the state of Texas, do you need life jackets on a paddle boat?
My boyfriend and I have a 12 FT aluminum boat, no motor on it, just some oars. I’ve looked all over the boating laws and I could not find an answer.
Do you have to have life jackets on a non-motorized boat, in the state of Texas?
The state law says in motorized boats, 13 and under have to wear a life jacket at all times.
Where did you get the information about 8 years and under?
