APPROX TOP SPEED of Minn Kota Endura 50lb Electric Trolling Motor?
How fast could I go (top speed) in an 8ft inflatable dinghy if I were using a 50lb electric trolling motor?

**50lbs is the torque of the motor, not the weight.**
The hold up will be because the inflatable dinghy just isn’t made for speed, merely flotation.If the motor was on a small aluminum boat I would say 12-15 mph or even a little more. Since it is on an inflatable, I would guess about 7-10 at the very most.
