Do you prefer hunting or fishing on a “bad” day?
I know this is the hunting section, but I figured I could get some good opinions on this anyhow.
I like fishing better as a rule, nothing beats going and spending a night checking the lines every two hours, leave about 10 the next day, and yell at anyone who calls you just because you haven’t slept for about 30 hours. Hunting is certainly fun, but I feel as if I wasted my time if I don’t get a shot at a animal. Fishing? Racing a boat never gets boring.
I am more of a gun person than a hunter, but I like most outdoor activity’s, until some drunkard or boy scout shows up.
I tend to go fishing in that kind of situation. The sound of rushing water is relaxing.
But, if I’m pissed off I will go to the back yard and shoot the hell out of something. When I’m really angry I tend to shake a bit. Not the kind of condition I want to be in to make a kill shot. Instead I set up some half-assed target and obliterate it.
