I need help,, difficulty breathing?!?!?
so, yesterday i went on the donut rings down on the beach,, they are like inflatable rings that u sit in and they are dragged along the water by a boat like reli fast, and its reli gd, for those of you who dont know
and anyways, afterwards, my arms were shaking,, and i wasnt holding on tight, so it cant be because of that, but my arms were shaking for the rest of that day
and now this morning, they still shake a bit, and my arms are seriously sore, and so is my ass from getting dragged along lols
but i woke up this morning, and when i breathe, it doesnt hurt, but its like i cant pyschically breathe in any more air, i breathe in like a little bit, and thats it, and then do that,, its also reli long time before i take my next breath,
is this a serious problem, or should i jst leave it and see how it goes?

Its not normal really but it sounds like you didn;t stretch and warm up and you probably do not do that much excercise? You have either pulled some of your intercostal muscles (muscles between the ribs) or less likely broken some ribs. Any problems you are best to see a doctor for professional advice rather than us all guessing and poorly diagnosing you on here!!
