How can I tell if I have a broken motor mount?
I hit a pothole – now something sounds “loose” when I hit a bump at the left front. I thought it was a strut but it was suggested it might be a broken motor mount. How could I tell?
Shenzoe Is almost right: the transmission has to be in gear drive, and then reverse, but first: brakes applied, then just touch the gas.
